Welcome to Zmakka.com also hereby known as “we”, “us” or “Zmakka.com”. We are an online Real Estate marketplace and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Zmakka.com along with its all services. By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions (including linked information herein) and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the “User Agreement”).

This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to terms and conditions and this User Agreement please do not access, do not register with and do not use this Site.  

Services of this platform are being provided free for some time, we have disabled the basic commission and subscription related functionalities of Multi Vendor Marketplace and we are not receiving any commission on your sales and we are not charging any subscription fee on your membership. 

We have enabled vendors’ contact info on Product for Sale page.

Vendors’ contact info is publicly available @ Product for Sale page and Properties Listings Page that enables direct contact between seller and prospective buyer. 

Hence the seller has to manage all the verifications to buyer  and seller will receive the payments directly. We ( Zmakka.com) are not responsible for any fraud or irregularity in payments or any other matter. 

This site ( Zmakka.com) is providing you, your online shop page and just a free platform to showcase your products / properties, we ( Zmakka.com) are not responsible for anything wrong.

Since we are providing this service free of cost for a while, despite our best efforts to keep this site (Zmakka.com) active and online, we are not responsible for any breakdown and we can not be held responsible of any loss or any inconvenience if this site ( Zmakka.com) goes off-line for some time, and this site ( Zmakka.com) can not be held responsible for any damage, any loss or any problem and so no user can demand any damage / any claim / any compensation from this site ( Zmakka.com)  

We have the right to edit, change, modify, add, or remove these Terms and Conditions, partially or completely, at any time without any prior notice. 3. Sellers/Agent/Dealer/Broker

  • Sellers are responsible for:

    • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations of Afghanistan.
    • Providing accurate and complete product / property descriptions, pricing, and complete information.
    • Responding to Buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintaining a professional reputation on the Website.

  • Zmakka.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Seller account for violation of these Terms.

4. Buyers

  • Buyers are responsible for:
    • Cross verify all the property related information before making any deal
    • We, Zmakka.com are not responsible for any deals made, we have just provided the online platform in good faith
    • Buyer will cross-check all the documents of property from all the relevant authorities and departments , Zmakka.com will not help on this in any way
    • Zmakka.com will not be responsible if any document goes missing or any discrepancy

Zmakka.com is not responsible for any disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

5. Payments

  • Zmakka.com may charge fees for certain Services, such as listing fees, transaction fees, and commission fees.

6. Content

  • Users are responsible for all Content they submit to the Website.
  • Users grant Zmakka.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute their Content on the Website and other marketing materials.
